My 90-Day Onboarding Coaching program provides newly hired leaders with structured, confidential support during their critical first three months. Through tailored coaching sessions, stakeholder alignment tools, and leadership brand development, I help new executives build early wins, integrate with confidence, and avoid common missteps.

I offer PERMA-Lead assessments, coaching and development programs to help leaders on all levels cultivate the PERMA principles in their leadership approach.
